As another year draws to a close, I’m reminded just how much Kentucky’s automobile dealers contribute to the heartbeat of our communities. Each year, our members prove that being a dealer means far more than selling and servicing vehicles — it means leading with generosity, compassion and purpose.

In 2025, we saw dealerships across the Commonwealth continue to step up in extraordinary ways — sponsoring local sports teams, funding school programs, supporting veterans, providing disaster relief and donating to lifesaving medical research. Whether it’s through charitable foundations, community events or quiet acts of kindness, our dealers have once again shown that service is a fundamental part of who we are.

I am proud of the partnership KADA has built with Kosair for Kids, and the meaningful help we have provided to dealership employees in times of disaster through the Kentucky Auto Dealers Relief Fund and the generous contributions of our members.

As we look ahead to 2026, our commitment to giving back is stronger than ever. The automotive landscape continues to evolve, but one thing will never change: the spirit of Kentucky’s dealers and their dedication to the people and places that make the Commonwealth home. Together, we’ll keep driving forward — building not just better businesses, but better communities for all.
